These Terms govern your access to and use of Swifter Pro. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the service.
• No use of the platform for unlawful surveillance or harassment.
• You must have appropriate consent from drivers and operators whose data you process.

Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure events may cause downtime.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swifter Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
